Resource Reallocation and Maximization

The Super User team in Littleton, Colorado, known in their organization, as the PBB All Star Team, created a process in 2019 that provided the scalability necessary to pivot quickly when COVID-19 hit. Their program review process, Littleton Pick 3, was reimagined into a program review process focused on expense reduction for programs that weren't considered essential services. They made their budget recommendations to the Littleton City Council utilizing the PBB Blueprint to explain where reductions could and should be made, and more importantly, how they came to that decision.  It is their hard work that provides us the honor of congratulating them on achieving ResourceXcellence in Resource Reallocation and Maximization.
